Alabama State Park · Choctaw County
Four mineral wells drew health-seekers here from around the country after a private spa opened in 1838, on ground Alabama bought in 1934. The hotel is long gone; the quiet, the picnic pavilions and the Black Belt Birding Trail songbirds remain.
Pavilions and meeting rooms you can reserve for groups and events.
