About Cheaha State Park

Alabama's oldest park, established in 1933, holds its highest ground — 2,407 feet of granite boulders and wind-warped trees, ringed by the Talladega National Forest. Rock cabins, A-frame chalets and the CCC's Bald Rock Lodge sit at the top.
