A 40-room, 13,000-square-foot Arts and Crafts house built in 1904 for two Riordan families, with log-slab siding, volcanic stone arches and hand-split shingles. Charles Whittlesey, architect of the Grand Canyon's El Tovar, designed it; hourly tours show the Craftsman furnishings inside.
$5 per adult — Park Entrance Fee Adult (14+): $5.00 Youth (7–13): $3.00 Child (0–6): FREE Includes access to visitor center, picnic area, grounds, and the self-guided exterior tour via handout in the visitor center or QR code. The interior of the mansion is seen via guided tour and is NOT included with the park entrance fee. Guided Tour Fee Adult (14+): $18.00 Youth (7–13): $12.00 Child (0–6): FREE Park entrance fee is waived with a guided tour reservation. Tour capacity is limited. Reservations are recommended.
