Lakeside Campground, shower house, water hydrants and sanitary dump station is open for the season and will close 11/1/26. The concession stand is closed indefinitely.
Named for the route the Lincoln family took from Indiana to Illinois in 1831, the park holds an American beech woods and a 146-acre lake 41 feet deep. Seven miles of wooded shoreline give one long view after another.
