About Cathedral Gorge State Park

Erosion has carved cave-like hollows and slender spires into soft bentonite clay along a narrow southeastern Nevada valley, built from ancient volcanic ash falls. A four-mile loop and a shorter trail from Miller Point make this a photographer's park.
