About Chief Logan State Park

A park at the trailheads of the Hatfield-McCoy Trail System, which makes it the natural overnight after a long day on the trails. A lodge, cabins, 26 campsites and elk management tours in the surrounding hills.

Campground season: The campground is open spring through summer, weather permitting Campsites may be reserved anytime online, by phone, or at the campground office Reservations may be made for no less than two consecutive nights on weekends (Fri. and Sat.) or one night (Sun.-Thurs.)
