About Delta Heritage Trail State Park

A rail-to-trail through the Arkansas Delta: 71 of an eventual 84.5 miles are open across a northern and a southern corridor, served by 11 trailheads. The visitor center sits at the Barton trailhead beside five primitive campsites.

Closed New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Primitive Campsites: Open all year

Developed Trail: Open all year. Sunrise to one hour after sunset.
