Mecca Beach Campground is currently closed for maintenance repairs. It is unknown when the campground will reopen. The main campground remains open and available for camping and day use activities.
One of the world's largest inland seas, created when Colorado River floodwaters broke into the Imperial Valley, with roughly 130 miles of shoreline. Camping, kayaking, birding and photography in stark desert light.
