Colorado State Park
A warm, sandy-bottomed reservoir on the eastern plains, long a waterfowl-hunting ground and now a magnet for water-skiers, sailboarders and swimmers. It was the first Colorado state park certified by the International Dark-Sky Association, with 247 campsites along the shore.

$10–$15 per vehicle; $4 per person on foot or bicycle — Daily Vehicle Pass: $10-$15; Individual Daily Pass: $4
