About Washoe Lake State Park

A valley lake between Reno and Carson City with views to the Sierra Nevada, Carson and Virginia ranges, and American white pelicans on the water. Fish for channel catfish, wiper, white bass and Sacramento perch, or bring a horse to the trails.
