About Deer Creek State Park

A Bureau of Reclamation reservoir built in the late 1930s for the Provo River Project, half an hour from Provo and an hour from Salt Lake City. Boat, sail, windsurf, swim or fish, then camp within sight of Mount Timpanogos.

$20 per vehicle — Day-use fee: Annual park passes may be purchased online or at the park when there is an attendant on duty. 2026 Prices are as follows: Utah residents are $125 and Utah seniors 65 and over are $65. The money generated by these fees is spent on maintaining visitors’ access to the best possible outdoor facilities and experiences. $20 per vehicle seven days a week (up to 8 people) $20 dollars on weekends and holidays $10 Utah seniors over 65. Winter Rate: (October 21-March 18) $15 per vehicle. $10 For seniors. Camping fees include one vehicle/camping unit. Maximum of 2 vehicles may be allowed per
