Stage 2 Fire Restrictions: NO OPEN FIRES OF ANY KIND — including fires within an established fire pit, charcoal grills, pellet grills, or ash-producing fuel. Properly shielded gas or liquid-fueled portable camp stoves with a shut-off valve are allowed, so long as there is at least three feet in diameter that is barren with no flammable vegetation. Five developed and primitive campgrounds around a northern Utah reservoir, good for fishing, boating and water-skiing in summer and ice fishing and snowmobiling in winter. A 3-D archery range with full-size targets runs year round.
