Stage 2 Fire Restrictions: NO OPEN FIRES OF ANY KIND — including fires within an established fire pit, charcoal grills, pellet grills, or ash-producing fuel. Properly shielded gas or liquid-fueled portable camp stoves with a shut-off valve are allowed, so long as there is at least three feet in diameter that is barren with no flammable vegetation. A warm-water lake completed in 1966 for Emery County irrigation and recreation, and a local secret for largemouth bass, bluegill and crawdads. Migratory waterfowl stop here, and water-skiers appreciate the temperature.
