Stage 2 Fire Restrictions: NO OPEN FIRES OF ANY KIND — including fires within an established fire pit, charcoal grills, pellet grills, or ash-producing fuel. Properly shielded gas or liquid-fueled portable camp stoves with a shut-off valve are allowed, so long as there is at least three feet in diameter that is barren with no flammable vegetation. NOTICE: Lost Creek State Park is currently in major construction and amenities improvements as of June 1st 2025. The Little Trail Creek Area (below the dam) is closed to all day use and camping activities except fishing in the creek. Anglers will need to park near the dam and stay out of the way of construction. The Deer Hollow Area(1st parking lot before crossing dam) will experience intermittent closures throughout the construction process. Please stay out of closed areas to allow access to the rest of the park. All other areas of this park remain in an extremely primitive state.

Designated a state park in 2021 and still largely undeveloped: a boat ramp, a primitive campground and vault restrooms on a wakeless reservoir about 10 miles northeast of Croydon. A quiet place to paddle, fish, swim or camp.

Day Use Fees: $10 per vehicle per day, annual passes accepted. Camping Fees: $20 per vehicle per night. Fires allowed in the fire pits at Francis Cove Campground and Little Trail Creek Camping area (area below dam). Do not camp in day use areas. All camping is on a first come first served basis.
