About Hampson Archeological Museum State Park

A nationally renowned collection from the Nodena site, a 15-acre palisaded village that stood on the Mississippi River from A.D. 1400 to 1650. Admission is free and the museum sits on the town square in Wilson.

Closed New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
