JEPC SF&WA rules restricts parking to lots labeled as hunter parking lots, or have a parking sign. Please abide to these signs. No roadside parking or field entrance parking allowed. JEPC SF&WA restricts driving to public roadways only. Therefore, “authorized vehicles only” signs have been posted throughout the site. Any additional violations may result such as parking fines and/or towing of vehicle at owners expense. Thank you for your cooperation. Current closures Please call the office for additional trail information at 217-452-7741. Trail information is updated daily after 9am. Office hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday or a time for return will be posted on the door. Call the park office before arrival to check for weather related closures. Water is on at Prairie Lake Campground. Water is still available at the dump station and the shower house is still on. The shower house at Questing Hills Equestrian Campground is open currently. Trails and park are closed until 1:00pm each day until May 15th, due to turkey hunting.
