Barnwell State Park is lowering the lake again in an effort to control water loss in the riser. Hopefully this will only take a couple of weeks, dependent upon rain amounts. Thank you for your understand and patience.
Three small lakes full of crappie, bream, bass and catfish, ringed by two nature trails and the tiered spillway the Civilian Conservation Corps built here in the 1930s. Five cabins and 25 campsites sit a short walk from the water.
