About Marshall State Fish & Wildlife Area

Nearly ten miles of Illinois River backwaters, bottomland and bluff across roughly 6,000 acres, half of it water, in the heart of the mallard flyway. Three units offer ravine-cut bluffs, bottomland lakes, islands and sloughs to fish and hunt.
