North Carolina State Park
A Blue Ridge forest given over to learning, with magnificent mountain hardwoods above Wilkes County. Well-marked trails carry exhibits and displays explaining the ecology of the mountain as you climb.
Free entry — There are no fees required to access Rendezvous Mountain for day use. Fees are charged for facility rentals and certain event permits.
January–March: Open daily 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
April–October: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
November–December: Open daily 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The park is open during all other holidays.
